1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Perishable items such as nuts, dried fruits, dates, health mixes, and other consumables are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (such as food items) unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts (unless defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping

5. Refunds
